Prenatal Massage Therapy

Prenatal massage therapy is massage therapy treatment provided during pregnancy and modified to accommodate physiological changes. Treatment may address musculoskeletal discomforts commonly associated with pregnancy, including low back pain, pelvic and hip tension, neck and shoulder discomfort, and lower limb swelling.

Sessions are adapted based on gestational stage, health history, and client comfort, with appropriate positioning and support used throughout treatment. TMJ/TMJD Massage 

Jaw pain, headaches, facial tension, and clicking or locking in the jaw can all be signs of temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ/TMD). TMJ massage therapy is a focused, hands-on approach designed to relieve tension in the muscles that control the jaw, head, neck, and upper shoulders.

Treatment may include gentle, targeted techniques to the jaw muscles (both external and intra-oral, when appropriate), as well as surrounding areas that commonly contribute to symptoms. An indie head massage is a focused therapeutic treatment targeting the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders to reduce muscular tension, support healthy circulation, and promote overall nervous-system relaxation.

Delivered in a calm, low-stimulus environment, the session is designed to help the mind disengage and settle, encouraging a deep state of rest. Techniques are applied with steady, controlled pressure and rhythmic movement to support both physical and mental ease.
